EXTREMELY IMPORTANT: Please attach a ZIP file containing your Akeeba Backup log file in order for us to help you with any backup or restoration issue. If the file is over 2Mb, please upload it on your server and post a link to it.

Description of my issue:
I am attempting to use post-processing to save a copy of the Akeeba JPA archive to Rackspace Files...

Warning Message:
Forbidden

Access was denied to this resource.
Failed to process file /home/XXXXXXX/public_html/administrator/components/com_akeeba/backup_remote/site-XXXXXXXX.com-20141208-090433.jpa
Post-processing interrupted -- no more files will be transferred

Oddly, I use Webmin to manage the server, and Webmin's Backup routines work nicely to Backup the entire server to Rackspace files, but several clients want to have separate Akeeba archives stored in file area as well.

Ideas?

Hello Randy,

sadly Rackspace has proven to be very unreliable: they removed the old (but working) API and they forced us to use the new API. However this "new version" is terribly bugged: its authentication API could not respond or fails to authenticate you; some time later, the same request to the same URL with the same data works...

... and "some time later" could be between 5 seconds to 5 days.

My personal recommendation is to switch to another, more reliable, remote service storage.

Oh man, I hate to hear that... I LOVE Rackspace and will probably no leave there any time soon, if at all...

I wonder how Webmin is getting through? (same credentials, never a miss yet)

I'm sorry to give you such a bad news :(
We added some workarounds that will be included in the next stable version, however the global stability of the system is the same: unreliable.

Most likely Webmin is not using their own API, but directly interacting with their servers.
