Description of my issue: Hello to the support team.
today i had the following problem with the update from version 4.1.0.2 to the new version 4.1.0.3
I have 3 homepages running on one server. on the first and the second homepage it runs very fine.
but now on the third homepage on the same server i´m running into an ajax error. All 3 Systems are on the same level joomla and other softwaretools also the same db version. Today I want to do the installation from the new jce version and it runs on the 2 websites. but now on the third website i´m
running into this error. I had also looked about the same errror message on your side, but its no hope for me and my problem. I will send you the logfile
I hope that you can help me.

I suppose you get an error message regarding the SSL certificate. This is a problem with your web server. It runs a very old version of OpenSSL which is both vulnerable (it has the Heartbleed bug) and doesn't support SSL certificates signed with the much more secure SHA-1 signature method – such certificates are used by us and JCE to better protect our clients' information.

Please contact your host and ask them to upgrade OpenSSL on their server and recompile the cURL PHP module and PHP itself against the new OpenSSL library.

In the meantime you can always install the update manually: download the installation ZIP files of Akeeba Backup and JCE and install them on your site, without uninstalling your existing versions (uninstalling removes your settings and data, including old site backups).
