EXTREMELY IMPORTANT: Please attach a ZIP file containing your Akeeba Backup log file in order for us to help you with any backup or restoration issue. If the file is over 2Mb, please upload it on your server and post a link to it.

Description of my issue:

AJAX Loading Error
HTTP Status: 500 (Internal Server Error)
Internal status: error
XHR ReadyState: 4
Raw server response:
(HTML containing script tags)

Back Up Failure. Went through the troubleshooter but none of the suggestions worked.

Please go to the Configuration page and click on Save & Close. Does this fix this issue?

Hi Nicholas,

It did not fix the issue. I even tried to uninstall and reinstall and it came up with the same error.

Please go to the Configuration page, set the File Scanner Engine to Large Sites and click on Save & Close, then take a new backup.
