Thank you for your continued abuse after tickets
21507 and
21515.
Please remember that you did accept our Terms of Service and your account was NOT terminated because you disagreed with our product's compatibility policy (even though we did publish it 22 months ago). Your account was terminated because you were increasingly abusive towards our staff.
First instance of abuse in ticket 21507 (aggravated language after being given a simple, honest and very calm reply that your PHP version is no longer supported):
(read my lips: you are talking Joomal 2.5.27 here (!) ) So THAT answer to a major issue (look at your tickets (!!! where you have many similar issues) is a non answer for me
I
personally replied to you in a professional manner, gave you the reasoning of why the logic behind your demand is flawed and gave you an alternative. Moreover, I reminded you that derisive comments are against our ToS.
Then you filed ticket 21515 where you made derisive comments about our company, compounded by profanity. As I had clearly warned you about, this is in violation of our ToS, see under Support Policy, namely:
We reserve the right to close or delete tickets and/or block accounts of users who become abusive and/or pugnacious in their support ticket replies; we are trying to help frustrated users under adverse conditions, please respect it and understand that we are neither deities nor saints.
This ticket, filed with even more profanity and threats, is a testament to your lack of professionalism. I would also draw your attention to the professional replies by other affected users who have PHP 5.3.3. They all understand that their version of PHP is obsolete and dangerous to use on a live server and are willing to upgrade. Those who cannot upgrade always have the choice of using an earlier version of our software which works on their obsolete server environment. Nobody resorted to derisive comments, profanity and sheer abuse. I wouldn't expect a web professional, who runs a hosting company and understands the dangers of outdated server software, to react in this kind of unprofessional manner.
Considering how this stream of abuse comes three weeks after your intensive abuse on the Joomla! forums I am unwilling to give you a third chance. If you want to pursue this I will be very happy to provide a complete copy of the public record of your abusive comments to any interested parties along with a copy of our Terms of Service and
Directive 2011/83/EU which define the conditions under which a refund is acceptable under European Union law.
Please refrain from contacting me again.
