after changing error reporting to
$error_reporting = 'development';

I am able to go to admin page and logon.

Looks like it has been solved...
But was very strange.

I need to update an other 24 sites (by watchfulli :), but i ahve to be sure there is no bug in this release..

I suspect that Joomla forgot to copy all the files, so you have a partial installation. You have to re-install the package again in order to fix your issue.

After logging in you will get the error, but you'll be able to directly access admin pages.
Please enter the following URL in the address bar:
www.yourdomain.com/administrator/index.php?option=com_installer

You'll see the extension manager page, please install the latest version again in order to copy all the files.

Changing the error reporting should not have fixed the problem. It may have been a cache issue that fixed itself, I'm not sure.

I believe Nicholas released RC2 a little while ago, so don't go too far with RC1.
