Installed Joomla! version 2.5.27
Updated to Latest Joomla! version 3.3.6

Description of my issue:

The backup proces is working. The restore proces is working. So I can restore my Original
2.5.27 joomla site. After upgrade to 3.3.6 I have a fatal error when I try to login in the admin:

Hello Davy,

it seems that you have a partial install of Akeeba Backup: the FOF library is missing.
Please do the following steps:

On you site, remove the libraries/f0f folder (F-zero-F), if present
Manually create a folder named libraries/f0f (F-zero-F)
Extract locally the Akeeba Backup extension package
Inside the uncompressed package, please navigate to component/fof
copy the whole components of that folder inside libraries/f0f

That should fix your site, please let me know if it works for you

I have done everything like you said.

All the errors are gone, but it's trowing a new error:

Fatal error: Class 'FOFModel' not found in D:\xampp\htdocs\glansbeton_2015a\administrator\components\com_cpanel\views\cpanel\view.html.php on line 58

Which folder did you deleted?
F-zero-F or F-Oh-F?
I think you deleted the wrong one. F-Oh-F is required by Joomla to run, if you deleted it you have to grab it again from an installation package of Joomla and copy on your site.
