EXTREMELY IMPORTANT: Please attach a ZIP file containing your Akeeba Backup log file in order for us to help you with any backup or restoration issue. If the file is over 2Mb, please upload it on your server and post a link to it.

Description of my issue:
Hello Nickolas,

Back up using the upload to dropbox function gives a error. It doesn't want to finish and shows a backup failed. I used the Alice trouble shooter and tried all possible solutions. If I don't use the upload to dropbox function the backup goes fine. If I go to manage backups all backups have a status ok but the message was backup failed?

Any suggestions why the upload to dropbox gives a error?

Regards,
Raoul

The archive size is too big to go to Dropbox in one part. You need to break your archive into multiple pieces so it can be uploaded within the time limit. As stated in our documentation, the recommended size is between 10 Mb and 20 Mb.
