EXTREMELY IMPORTANT: Please attach a ZIP file containing your Akeeba Backup log file in order for us to help you with any backup or restoration issue. If the file is over 2Mb, please upload it on your server and post a link to it.

Description of my issue:

Backup works fine but it doesn't upload to Amazon S3.

AEUtilAmazons3::putObject(): [AccessDenied] Access Denied

I read the troubleshooter. Everything is done except of one thing: Unfortunalty we (and the provider) cannot change the open_base_dir value. So, is there another way to solve this problem? I search the posts here, also, but with no success. Thanks for reply.

okay, my fault. The bucket name was wrong. *kopftisch*
