EXTREMELY IMPORTANT: Please attach a ZIP file containing your Akeeba Backup log file in order for us to help you with any backup or restoration issue. If the file is over 2Mb, please upload it on your server and post a link to it.

Description of my issue:

I am trying to do a site transfer and it is not working. I have been having issues and for the last 3 days, I have been trying to get it to work. I never had any problem with site transfer.

Here are the errors:

Backup engine state saving issues
Error
Backup engine died without its state having been saved. The engine was stepped 7 times, saved 10 times
Please check if you have enough disk space; if your part size is more than 5Mb (or it's 0) please try part sizes of 20, 10, 5 and 2Mb.
If you still get this error, change time settings inside Akeeba Backup; try minimum execution time 1, maximum 7 and runtime bias 50. If this doesn't work try minimum 5, maximum 3 (yes, max is less than min) and bias 50.

Timeout while backing up
Error
There is already an issue with the backup engine saving its state. Please fix it before continuing.
Please try setting min execution time to 1, max execution time to 10 seconds (or if the PHP timeout is less than 10 seconds, use 75% of the PHP timeout), runtime bias 75%

Number of tables being saved
Warning
You are trying to backup too many tables. Please avoid backing up different Joomla! installation at once.
You can exclude non-core tables using the following regular expression: !/^#__/

Akeeba Staff
Hello Maximo,

as reported in our documentation, Site Transfer Wizard it's an useful tool, but sometimes it couldn't be used on specific hosts, since they are blocking the requests.
I'd suggest you to run a "normal" backup instead: run a backup and in the post-processing engine select Upload to Remote FTP server.
In that way you should be able to automatically upload the whole archive once it is completed.
