Good morning

I ma trying to restore a site on my local server (Bitnami) and I am getting the following error

SQL=SELECT COUNT(extension_id) FROM `mmikp_extensions` WHERE `type` = 'plugin' AND `folder` = 'twofactorauth' AND `enabled` = '1'

I have seen that this may be caused by the case of the table name and they are all lower case and still I get the error

Any suggestions please?

Thanks

Mark

PS I can't upload the log file as I haven't been able to install to get the file

I forgot to say that the error is on heart internet but I am also trying to install on local server on my windows machine using Bitnami - I have upgraded the PHP version on Heart Internet but the error remains

Does the mmikp_extensions table exist after restoring your site? If not, you have excluded this core Joomla! table (#__extensions) from your backup. Without it neither Joomla! nor the restoration script will work correctly.

Thanks Nicholas, thats great. Seems the tables are not being backed up, I'll go into akeeba and see what tables have been excluded

Thanks for your speedy response ;)
