EXTREMELY IMPORTANT: Please attach a ZIP file containing your Akeeba Backup log file in order for us to help you with any backup or restoration issue. If the file is over 2Mb, please upload it on your server and post a link to it.

Description of my issue:
As a blind user, I ask very little from y'all. I posted a ticket yesterday - https://www.akeebabackup.com/support/support-for-akeeba-backup-core/7532-akeeba-admin-not-accessible.html - when I go to check on it today, it tells me that the ticket is closed and I can't even get in to see what, if any, responses there were. I didn't get any notification of anything about my ticket and only found out it was closed by coming to your website to check on it.
Can someone tell me why my ticket was closed and why I didn't get any information or notification about it??? All I was trying to do was update my AdminTools and AkeebaBackup Pro to the newest release and it caused my site to crash.

Thanks,
Flip Halley

You appear to have found a way to access a very old section of the website. I get a 403 error when I try to open the url that you posted in this ticket. I apologize for the confusion, you are in the right place now.

The 3.2.0 and 3.2.1 versions of Admin Tools are both broken. The 3.2.1 version does what you described on Joomla! 2.5.x sites. Both of these versions have been pulled from our downloads page.

The background and the solution are outlined on this page: https://www.akeebabackup.com/home/news/1607-problems-with-admin-tools-3-2-x.html.

The current version of Akeeba Backup is 4.0.5. That version fixes a restore problem in 4.0.4.
