How to setup Scheduled Tasks windows server 2008 for Scheduling Site Transfer

I assume that you have already created a backup profile to perform a site transfer. Go to Akeeba Backup's main page and select it from the drop-down list. Then click on Scheduling Information. Under the "Command-Line CRON jobs (recommended)" section you will see the command line you need to use. Substitute /path/to/php with the path to your PHP CLI executable, e.g. c:\php\5.4\php-cli.exe. Mind the space after the path to PHP. If you are unsure about the path to PHP CLI please ask your host – we cannot know this information.

As to how you set up a scheduled task, please ask your host. All I can do for you is provide a Google search link for "scheduled task windows server 2008".
