EXTREMELY IMPORTANT: Please attach a ZIP file containing your Akeeba Backup log file in order for us to help you with any backup or restoration issue. If the file is over 2Mb, please upload it on your server and post a link to it.

Description of my issue:

Can't upgrade to version 4.02 whenever i run the Joomla Components Update or even if i use the installer...
I get this error at the end of the procedure:

JLIB_FILESYSTEM_ERROR_COPY_FAILED
JLIB_INSTALLER_ERROR_FAIL_COPY_FILE

Thnks for your attention.

Please note that the update process is executed by Joomla! itself, not our code. I believe that your problem is a badly configured / unwriteable tmp directory or missing FTP configuration in your Global Configuration. You can find common troubleshooting instructions for Joomla!'s extensions installer/updater in https://www.akeebabackup.com/documentation/troubleshooter/abinstallation.html
