EXTREMELY IMPORTANT: Please attach a ZIP file containing your Akeeba Backup log file in order for us to help you with any backup or restoration issue. If the file is over 2Mb, please upload it on your server and post a link to it.

Description of my issue: I just started using a FTP server to store my backups. Over the weekend I found that this site has stopped transferring the backups to the server. I had the part size at 98 Mb and moved it down to 25 Mb and I still get the issue. I am able to transfer sites much larger than this one without a problem. Any ideas?

We need to talk to Nicholas about this issue. He is attending a conference today, he should be back tomorrow or Wednesday.

It looks like the remote server rejects the upload. Please check that the connection details are valid first, using the Test FTP Information button in the Configuration page of Akeeba Backup. Also please check that the directory you have specified is valid and already exists on the remote FTP server (Akeeba Backup won't create a new one). Also, since this started happening all of a sudden I can only GUESS that this might also be related to the permissions of the FTP server's directory, or using up the remote FTP server's quota. That's all we can do to help, I'm afraid :(
