EXTREMELY IMPORTANT: Please attach a ZIP file containing your Akeeba Backup log file in order for us to help you with any backup or restoration issue. If the file is over 2Mb, please upload it on your server and post a link to it.

Description of my issue: I am having trouble updating to the latest version via the Joomla com_updater. This affects Akeeba Pro, Admin Tolls Pro, on two different sites using two different hosting providers. I can manually upload the file and it installs fine but the updater does not work. Here is the error message I am receiving:

Package download failed: https://www.akeebabackup.com/component/ars/?view=download&id=2703&dlid=&dummy=my.zip&dlid=52a0742d9f2a09999069a5af8555711e

FYI ... This only affects the products mentioned., I have had no other problems updating other extensions.

Please advise.
