I moved a site with Akeeba backup from http://neodoc.testjouwsite.nl/ to http://neodoc.nl/.

In http://neodoc.testjouwsite.nl/ there is Akeeba backup and in http://neodoc.nl/ it's gone.

If I use the deeplink http://neodoc.testjouwsite.nl/administrator/index.php?option=com_akeeba, I can reach the software, but under the components-menu ther is nothing :-(.

Hello Jan,

this is an old Joomla bug...
Can you please try to install Akeeba Backup twice in a row, without uninstalling it?
