Hi,

I have been having problems with Akeeba Backup on godaddy shared linux hosting with server timing out:

The backup operation has been halted because an error was detected.
The last error message was:

AJAX Loading Error
HTTP Status: 503 (Service Unavailable)
Internal status: error
XHR ReadyState: 4
Raw server response:
Service Unavailable
The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later.

We want to run our application to move sites or please move sites to shared hosting.

Are you aware of problems with godaddy?

Um, GoDaddy is not our favorite host. They generally have slow, oversold servers.

That said, the 503 error looks like it should be a temporary issue. You just need to let the server load settle down a bit, I don't think any action on your part is required aside from patience.
