Akeeba Backup for Joomla!

Description of my issue:

I use Akeeba Backup every day, also for move sites from one to another server and/or domain. No problems in past. But now I have problem after restore. So I use now Akeeba Backup Pro, but this don't fix my problem.

Steps:
1) old domain > www.unser-oe.at making backup
2) copy *.jpa to new domain www.unser-oesterreich.at
3) use kickstart 3.8.0 pro to restore on new location, all looks fine, using new database, new ftp account and so on, means: complete new hosting
4) frontpage work, but! no access as user on frontpage, no access to backend, no login is possible :((

I do this 3 times, no result

This is first time I have this problem. I use this methode often to move from e.g. projectserver to productiveserver (e.g. http://zweirad-ossi.td.co.at moved to http://www.zweirad-ossi.at) I don't understand where the problem is.

Info: If you want to check it out please write me a PM, I have to send you the FTP, MySQL and also remove .htaccess use 301 in moment

Hello Reinhard,

do you have Admin Tools installed in that site?
Can you please try to check if inside your configuration file the variable $live_site is empty?
If so, add the address of your site, without the protocol but with the trailing slash, eg www.example.com/

now corrected and now the line is:

public $live_site = 'http://www.unser-oesterreich.at/';

but no result, no access to backend and/or frontend

Do you have any .htaccess file? Can you please rename them to htaccess.txt?

For test I remove the .htaccess, but now I have to reactivate because this is a productiveserver with lot of users on it

I send you a request how mutch money you ask for to do this moving for us. See Mails please.
I don't want to write here open passwords and so on

I cannot install admintools on new location, because I can't login!

But the idea is: I'll give you an account as superadmin on the old location, use http://www.unser-oe.at/community/gratis-anmelden with username 'akeeba' and I will set this to SuperAdmin

Also I will write you the FTP, MySQL and so on for new location per mail?

AdminTools install on new location not possible, because no access to the backend and/or frontend
