Hi to all,

I'm looking to upgrade my "24590 AKEEBABACKUP subscription" that will end on 2014-08-03, to ESSENTIALS subscription, but I cannot find an upgrade button/solution. And if I clik on Essentials "subscribe" button, it seem I loose the rest of Akeebabackup days from now to August.

Please, How to upgrade to Essentials without loose days ?

The upgrade is performed automatically by buying an Essentials subscription. Your new subscription will begin on the date of payment and it will be valid for one year. You are given an automatic discount based on the remaining subscription time in your old AkeebaBackup subscription. You can't get both a discount and extend your subscription time by one year. You can't upgrade your subscription with zero cost for four and a half months.

many thanks for reply. I want be sure I have understood the rules:

Akeebabackup price is 40 € - renewal -30% 28 €
Essentials price is 50 € - renewal -30% 35 €
- 30% discount if I renew up to 30 days before the end of my subscription,
- 15% discount if you renew within the last

There is no an upgrade package from Akeebabackup to Essentials, so if I'm an Akeebabackup subscriber and want buy Essentials subscription, I have to pay the full price: 50 €.
The discount of 10.80 € I see is a discount for the automatic discount based on the remaining subscription time in your old AkeebaBackup subscription.
Is it right?

AkeebaBackup -- New purchase 40€, renewal (before expiration) 28€, renewal (after expiration) 40€

AdminTools -- New purchase 20€, renewal (before expiration) 14€, renewal (after expiration) 20€

Essentials which is a bundle of AkeebaBackup AND AdminTools -- New purchase 50€, renewal (before expiration) 40€, renewal (after expiration) 50€.

The full purchase price of Essentials includes a 16.67% discount.

If you are a subscriber to AkeebaBackup and want to purchase an Essentials subscription you will receive an automatic discount.

The value of this discount depends on how much time is left in your AkeebaBackup subscription.

The new Essentials subscription will become active on payment and remain active for one year.

We actually give you back the part of the value of the AkeebaBackup subscription you have not used yet when you purchase a new Essentials subscription.

If you do not like our pricing policy for the bundle please purchase an Admin Tools subscription instead.
