Akeeba backup check is obsolete. (see attached capture)
It says to install this manually, but where you I download the plugin?

It tells you to unpublish it manually, not to install it. It is already installed, but you have to disable (unpublish it) as it no longer does anything except display this message.

Clarification: as with all plugins, you can go to the back-end of your site and click on Extensions, Plug-in Manager and use the search box to find the plugin. Click on it to edit it. Set its status to Unpublished, then click on Save & Close. You may have to log out and back in to your site's back-end for the message to disappear (Joomla! seems to have some strange bug regarding its application message queue on some servers).
