hello

I have just installed the AKEEBABACKUP pro 3.10.2 on a J.2.5.19 version

Each time I ask for a backup I get before the installation validation form (accept the options...)

The backup seems good but the size given by the result is quite the double as berfore (3.10.1) the store files (20Mo each) seems equal as before (3.10.1).

Is there any problem in the result given and in the validation of installation.

thank you for advices

best regards

Michel

First, please try uninstalling and reinstalling the component. Do not that you will lose all your settings and your existing backups, if stored in the default backup output directory, will be erased.

If this doesn't help please ZIP and attach your backup log file. Without the log file we will be unable to help you. Most probably you are backing up and old backup stored somewhere on your site, but without seeing the log file all we can do is guess.
