EXTREMELY IMPORTANT: Please attach a ZIP file containing your Akeeba Backup log file in order for us to help you with any backup or restoration issue. If the file is over 2Mb, please upload it on your server and post a link to it.

Description of my issue:
Back up just never ends.

Actually, the backup ended after 35 seconds, but not successfully.

Please change your Configuration, under Filesystem scanner engine, change the option to Large Site Scanner. Save and try your backup again. It looks like it stopped just after it hit a directory with a large number of files. The Large Site Scanner is a new option in 3.10.1 for just that situation.
