Related to ticket: 19257: WebDav upload issue

After playing with the trailing slashes... the combination that finally worked is detailed hereinafter:

Running version: Akeeba Backup Professional rev59EAB5F (2014-02-17)

>> Part size for split archives: 49.99

Username: box.com_username
Password: box.com_password
WebDAV base URL: https://dav.box.com/dav/ (note the last forward slash)
Directory: customername/domain.com/backups (note there's not an starting trailing slash + No final trailing slash, too)

BTW, WebDAV descriptions are missing (see attached picture)

Hope this helps,
Rgrds,

This is a bug/feature in the third party WebDAV library we're using. The next version of Akeeba Backup includes a workaround. If you enter a URL which includes a path but not a trailing slash we're adding it automatically for you.

Double checked... again as follows:

1) Already using your latest Akeeba Backup Professional rev59EAB5F (2014-02-17)
2) Changed back to: https://dav.box.com/dav (note NO last forward slash)

RESULT: File(s) uploads to box.com FAILS

Again, back to:
1) https://dav.box.com/dav/ (note the last forward slash)
RESULT: Works!

Note: double checked the update from 3.10.1 to rev59EAB5F gone well before posting (your NEW files versions of: cloudme.php, davclient.php and webdav.php are the ones included in rev59EAB5F)

CONCLUSION:
Your latest available rev59EAB5F didn't solved the reported issue, yet. Alternatively...

- You must modify your 'docs' recommending to use Box.com URL: https://dav.box.com/dav/ instead than: https://dav.box.com/dav or optionally you may re-built a new 'Dev' or 'final' release accordingly.

I'll stay tuned to retest your final one as far as you may need!

Hope this helps,
Rgrds,

Yep, the dev release was missing one file. The final release will have it.

Nice additional info. Nicholas!
Understood NOW I'll need to wait the next 'Final' release to solve the issue on some end customers sites, that wish and press to go back to box.com cloud service for their remote backups.
Thanks for letting me to know it in advance!
Rgrds,
