Sorry for my englisch is not so good.

I have installed Akkeba Backup pro V. 3.10.1 but my Backend shows, that it is a newer Version on the Web the Version 3.10.0 ???? This is not correct. What can I do ?

Go the live update page and click on "Refresh update information".

You will have to first clear your browser's cache. Then quit your browser: if you're on a Mac you must use CMD-Q, if you're on any other operating system close all browser windows. Then restart your browser. No go to back to the Live Update page and retry clicking on the "Refresh update information". For your information this is actually not a bug in our software but browsers caching the web page redirections, making it impossible for the "Refresh update information" to work in several cases. If the problem persists just wait for approximately 24 hours. The update cache will certainly expire and have to be reloaded. Then the update status will be correct.
