EXTREMELY IMPORTANT: Please attach a ZIP file containing your Akeeba Backup log file in order for us to help you with any backup or restoration issue. If the file is over 2Mb, please upload it on your server and post a link to it.

Description of my issue: I have not been able to download Akeeba Backup Professional. I have the subscription and it is current but the download button for pro does not show up.

If you find that you cannot download our software and/or you are unable to file a support request please first try to log out then log back in to AkeebaBackup.com. This is required the very first time after you subscribe or renew your subscription due to the way the Joomla! login system and Joomla! access control (ACL) work.

In order to make it easier to find out how to download and install our software, we have written up instructions. They are available by visiting the My, My Instructions menu item from the top of any page of our web site and clicking on "Where are my downloads?". Please note that this link will only work if you are logged in. As noted above, you may have to log out then back in to AkeebaBackup.com.

Working hours: We are open Monday to Friday, 9am to 7pm Cyprus timezone (EET / EEST). Support is provided by the same developers writing the software, all of which live in Europe. You can still file tickets outside of our working hours, but we cannot respond to them until we're back at the office.
