EXTREMELY IMPORTANT: Please attach a ZIP file containing your Akeeba Backup log file in order for us to help you with any backup or restoration issue. If the file is over 2Mb, please upload it on your server and post a link to it.

Description of my issue:
I attempted to upgrade to 3.10.0 - but it failed the automatic update

I then attempted to upload the file to install manually - but it failed to upload (although it showed as uploaded to 100%)

Now, I do not have a link to the Akeeba on my Component menu -
But all parts are still installed and show up on the Extensions page

Could use some help

Thank you

Hello Sharon,

can you install other extensions?
Can you please open the page Joomla System information - PHP information tab and search for the string upload_max_filesize?
What's its value?

Thank you David,

I should have fixed the upload size in my php.ini - I guess when the link under Components disappeared, i thought there was something else wrong.

I upped the limit and it installed fine.
Sorry for the trivial question,
Sharon
