EXTREMELY IMPORTANT: Please attach a ZIP file containing your Akeeba Backup log file in order for us to help you with any backup or restoration issue. If the file is over 2Mb, please upload it on your server and post a link to it.

Description of my issue:
entering the download id is not suffcient for enabling akeeba backup professional.

I've installed the package twice from the same package without deleting the old package, when that didn't work I downloaded the package twice and installed over it still didn't work and I have my ID in the parameters so I have no clue what to do. Thanks
