EXTREMELY IMPORTANT: Please attach a ZIP file containing your Akeeba Backup log file in order for us to help you with any backup or restoration issue. If the file is over 2Mb, please upload it on your server and post a link to it.

Description of my issue:
Not really having an issue but more of a question.
I am going through my sites and upgrading to Akeeba Backup 3.9.2. I have a site that is running Joomla 3.2.1 and Akeeba 3.8.2.
Can you tell me why the Akeeba Backup control panel thinks I am running the latest version?
I know I can just install the new version over the old but before I do I thought I would check in with you to see if I might have an issue.

I don't think you have any kind of a problem. I think the 3.8.2 version is just too old for the Live Update software to recognize it. Please download the current software from our website and install the update through the Extension Manager. Do not uninstall Akeeba Backup, that will remove all of your settings and possibly all of your stored backups.
