When I restored on another server configuration and server control panel similar. I noticed all the errors of the main menu and the font of the article content.

If I use phpMyAdmin or SSH to backup database, then restore your database not found error.

I use SSH with the following command to restore the database

mysql-u username-p database_name <data.sql

I have attached images backup configuration

What are you trying to do? You only moved the database from one site to another. That would only work in very limited circumstances.

Sorry, I do not understand what you are saying.

1. When you dump your database with phpMyAdmin:
1.1. Are you able to restore it via SSH or not? Please reply with yes or no.
1.2. If you replied to 1.1 with Yes: do you have the same issue as when restoring a backup made with Akeeba Backup? Please reply with a yes or no.

2. You say you have a font issue. What exactly is this font issue? A different font is used? You can't load the font file from your site (if so, which directory)? Unless we know what the symptoms are we can't be of any help.

Thank you for the feedback. It is now very obvious to me that the problem is not in the database transfer and it's not a font issue.

The most likely problem is in the database encoding. Please delete your new site's database and create it again. This time make sure the collation is set to "utf8_general_ci". If you are not sure how to do that please contact your host.

After creating a new database with "utf8_general_ci" collation retry restoring your site. It will now display correctly.

I think you're about to overdo it. When you have a flat tyre you don't buy a new car, you only have to change the tyre with a new one. Likewise, when a database has the wrong collation you don't have to reinstall the entire database server (MySQL), you only have to create a new database with the correct collation. See the syntax for the MySQL command here: http://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/5.0/en/create-database.html
