Description of my issue:

Hi,

I just tried installing an update for the 'web installer' for Joomla, but I got this error:

Ongeldige controller: name= 'akeeba', format="

After this I disabled the restore points plugin and the update went fine.

Not sure what happened, but maybe you can check it out and see if this happens or your website(s) as well. Could be a bug?

I cannot reproduce this on this website, because the plugin has already been installed now...

Just wanted to let you know.

Thank you for the report. Yes, this is a known problem. It is scheduled to be fixed with the next release, 3.9.2. It is scheduled to be released before the end of the year.
