Description of my issue:
I am about to handover responsibility for a website to another webmaster, and the site will be moved to another host. I will no longer be supporting the website.

I have removed my Download ID for both Admin Tools and Akeeba Backup Pro. Is there anything else I need to do?

Thanks!

If you have older backups of the site the Download ID will be present in them. Please remove them. If you cannot remove them (e.g. they are stored off-site and you no longer have access) you will have to change your Download ID on our site. You can do so by going to My, My Profile, click on Edit Profile and change your password. This will cause the Download ID to be regenerated.

You can avoid this problem in the future by creating Add on Download IDs. You can set up on ID per site and simply kill that single ID when the situation arises.
