I don't have anymore post-processing to Box.net in select box. I have uninstall and install again Akeeba and it still not visible.
Have you changed something about Box.net ?

Support for box.net has been temporarily suspended due to major changes in the box.net API. Nicholas is trying to work around some issues in the new API that make it incompatible with the current post-processing function.
