Akeeba Backup for Joomla!

Hi,

I tried many times to make akeeba backup of my joomla website but I always get an error message:

Backup Failed
The backup operation has been halted because an error was detected.
The last error message was:

AJAX Loading Error
HTTP Status: 500 (Internal Server Error)
Internal status: error
XHR ReadyState: 4
Raw server response:

Please click the 'View Log' button on the toolbar to view the Akeeba Backup log file for further information.

So I read the doc and troubleshooting guidelines, I follow all the instructions and I still get this error.
I attached here the akeeba log file, and apache log file and the error_log from cpanel. I hope it can help you to help me.

Would you please help me to make a backup of my website?

There's one more thing I want you to do. Go to Components, Akeeba Backup and click on "Troubleshooter - ALICE". It will analyse your log file and present you with some troubleshooting information. If this doesn't help, please post back here.

Thanks for help but this tool "Troubleshooter - ALICE" doesn't exist in my version of akeeba backup.

Ah, I see the problem. Please do install Akeeba Backup Professional. You currently have Core which has some limitations and misses several features.

I run the Alice analyse log and follow the recommendation. I did many step and I always get the same error:

It seems that you have way too many files and/or folders inside the images/com_adsmanager/ads folder of your site. Trying to make a list of them all consumes too much memory and the backup is terminated by your server. You can exclude this directory using the Files and Directories Exclusion feature on Akeeba Backup.
