Description of my issue:

hello, i'm french.

it's impossible update extensions et update akeeba to the last version 3.9.1. the message error appear :
Fatal error: Call to undefined method AkeebaModelInstaller::getSrpUrl() in /homepages/9/d281317475/htdocs/plugins/system/srp/srp.php on line 246.

i Disabled the System - System Restore Point plugin but it does not work

If you disable the System - System Restore Points plugin you cannot possibly receive this error message because the code of this plugin is no longer running. Please contact your host. Most likely they are using a code cache such as APC, XCache or Zend Optimiser, which makes it impossible to update software on your site due to opcode caching (your servers remembers and runs the OLD code that is no longer present on the disk).
