I recently moved from a cPanel based host to CloudAccess. This process has required resetting some CRON jobs, and neither myself nor the CloudAccess folks can get the command line backup to run. We were able to get the front end one to run, but I would prefer that this run on command line instead.

Issue 1) The backup fails, it does not seem to be able to find the Akeeba installation.

Runs:
30 2 * * * wget --max-redirect=10000 " http://knowndonorregistry.com/index.php?option=com_akeeba&view=backup&key=Rj9g7uTx"

Fails:
30 2 * * * php /mnt/data/vhosts/casite-542613.cloudaccess.net/httpdocs/cli/akeeba-backup.php


Issue 2) Both backup are only running a SQL backup, not a full backup. I didn't intentionally change anything in settings, and can not locate where to change this. I need to make sure I am getting a complete backup file.

I resolved the second issue, that was dumb. Realized it was in my profile, not sure how it got changed. Still need guidance on how to get the command line CRON to run.

On your failed backup, make sure the php binary that you are calling is the command line binary. You may need to check with your host to find the proper path and php version.

Under Configuration, Basic Configuration, Backup type, make sure you have Full site backup selected in the drop down box.
