Hi,

I just updated my Akeeba Backup install on a J.3.2.0 site. I noticed that during this update my Akeeba Backup Pro subscription was not recognized, so I have a core version now. I've entered my update key into the live update settings correctly - and I did so a week ago, not just today. Which, I suppose, should rule out any caching issues.

What you describe can't happen because the Core and Professional packages are different. For some reason you installed the Core edition. If you install the Professional version on your site you will, um, have the Professional version installed on your site.

Hi Nicholas,

I cannot think of how this has happened but you must be right. I just installed the 3.9.1 pro package 'over' the existing package and yes, I do have the pro version now.
