EXTREMELY IMPORTANT: Please attach a ZIP file containing your Akeeba Backup log file in order for us to help you with any backup or restoration issue. If the file is over 2Mb, please upload it on your server and post a link to it.

Description of my issue:

I am using the latest version of Akeeba and Joomla but when I access Akeeba Backup I have an icon stating that an update is available. If I click on the icon I get a message (attached) saying that the installed version is 3.9.1 and the latest version is 3.8.2

Is there any way to clear Akeeba's cache perhaps?

The easiest way is to wait 8-12 hours. The hard way is going to components, Akeeba Backup, click on the Update Found button, click on Refresh update information.
