EXTREMELY IMPORTANT: Please attach a ZIP file containing your Akeeba Backup log file in order for us to help you with any backup or restoration issue. If the file is over 2Mb, please upload it on your server and post a link to it.

Description of my issue:

I upgraded from version 3.8.2 to version 3.9.0 and now whenever I try to access the akeebabackup i receive a white screen. If i downgrade back to version 3.8.2 it works fine.

Just though I would mention i upgraded one of my joomla 2.5.16 sites to version 3.9.0 and it works fine.


How do I fix this?

Hi Gerald,

can you please raise the error reporting on your site and post here the error?
You can do that in the Configuration page of Joomla and set the value to Development

Just did that no errors are appearing at all only a blank white page.

Sorry I made a stupid mistake I installed version 3.9.0 core instead of the professional version that is why I was getting the white screen.
