EXTREMELY IMPORTANT: Please attach a ZIP file containing your Akeeba Backup log file in order for us to help you with any backup or restoration issue. If the file is over 2Mb, please upload it on your server and post a link to it.

Description of my issue: I am not able to look on the log file, get error everytime.

This is my error message:

Backup Failed
The backup operation has been halted because an error was detected.

Hello Eigil,

when do you have this error? While creating a backup or while restoring it on another site?
what do you mean that you can't get the log file?
Which error are you receiving when you try to download the log?

However, if you really can't download it from the backend, you can always download it using FTP.
You should be able to find the log in this position
administrator/components/com_akeeba/backup
