I submitted a support issue, it went to here: https://www.akeebabackup.com/support/akeeba-backup-3x/index.php?Itemid=119

It said error 403 (forbidden). I don't know if the support ticket worked or not.

Eoin,

Please resubmit your ticket. If your session times out while you are typing, you will get the 403. You can also get it if you accidentally say something that our Admin Tools interprets as a php command. I used "update" and "Live_Site" together one day and had a terrible time figuring out why I couldn't post it.
