MySQL version: 5.5.31-log
Host: strato.de
Akeeba Backup version: newest

EXTREMELY IMPORTANT: Please attach a ZIP file containing your Akeeba Backup log file in order for us to help you with any backup or restoration issue. If the file is over 2Mb, please upload it on your server and post a link to it.

Description of my issue:

Hello,

I try to use the site transfer wizard tio move a website from a strato.de server to 1and1.pl server, unfortunately I have got an AJAX LOADING ERROR, HTTP satus 0 (timeout), Interanl status 8zimeaout), XHR ready State: 0, Raw server Response: undefined,

I have read a lot on the internet how to handle it but found unfortunately no way to solve this issue, of course I have set the akeeba backup professional due to the strato.de server with very small files up to 8,62 MB (so i could finish a backup without any problems, only the transfer does not work properly), on the remote server I use a subfolder (because there I gote the log files error), I hope you can help me please, thanks a lot,

best regards,

Michael

Actually your backup is not even finishing, so it is not the file transfer that is broken. In this case it may be easier to do it the hard way. If you have a current backup from your old server, download it (via ftp in binary mode), then upload it to your new site, extract with Kickstart and run the installer. The site transfer wizard is doing the same steps, the transfer of the archive parts and extaraction are invisible to you.
