Hello Kristen,

Please try reinstalling Akeeba Backup Professional 3.8.2 a second time on your site, without uninstalling it first. Sometimes Joomla! "forgets" to copy several files, especially when you upgrade from Core to Professional or when installing a major update. The double installation fixes the issue. Apparently, the second time you try the installation Joomla! does copy all files.
