Description of my issue:
I found this issue in another ticket, but was unable to add a question to it.
In the other ticket, you stated to get the working directory and add /tmp to it.
What should we do with this information once found?
Thank in advance

Sorry Nicholas. Some of my entry apparently did not make it into the ticket. My mistake.

We were unable to upgrade our copy of Akeeba Backup Pro. The only clue we had to what was going on was the "Cannot find XML file" error. I had read in another thread of the same title that "we needed to find the actual working directory and then add /tmp to it". What was unclear in that thread was where to put this addition.

The whole thing is mute since I found other information as to the use of a different Download ID than the one that I had. Once I went into the "live update" tab and entered the ID you had posted everything went well. We now get updates without problem.

Thank you for all you do, especially with AkeebaBackup.
