I love the Backups integrated help tooltips, but I hate that they will not go away on mouseOut. When the tip is open and you move the cursor away, the tip will be persistent. You have to move your cursor ON the tooltip and then away to trigger the fadout. Since the tip is positioned BELOW the triggering text snippet, if you move your mouse away without hitting the tip, it simply will not go away until you hit another trigger or hit the tip box with the cursor. Maybe it could be configured so that when the mouse hovers off the triggering text, the tooltip will have a timeout (1000-1500ms).
Currently it is a bit irritating :)

You are using the LABEL for triggering the tooltip, cannot you also use it to hide the tip, if the mouse moves out of the LABEL?

Something like:

onmouseout="akeeba.jQuery().hide(); });"

I removed "this" from the parenthesis, because I understand that it is meaningful only, when you are on top of the tip, but we are not. We are on top of the trigger, and when we move out, we can close ALL tips (not addressed by a specific name or "this", maybe there is a generic variable for all tips). I am not a programmer, but maybe here is an idea for you that you haven't tried. This mouseout whould be attached to the LABEL assembly then.
