EXTREMELY IMPORTANT: Please attach a ZIP file containing your Akeeba Backup log file in order for us to help you with any backup or restoration issue. If the file is over 2Mb, please upload it on your server and post a link to it.

Description of my issue:
I have run configuration wizard etc, but when doing backup and its doing the embed archive, it goes up to 20 seconds and then gives an error message. Never experienced this before. I have attached the log but cannot see what issue could be.

please try these time settings in your configuration profile:
Minimum: 1
Maximum: 7
Bias: 50

You're trying to backup several joomla installation at once.
Since Akeeba Backup is trying to track down every cross-dependencies, most likely you're running out of RAM.
You should backup only your main site, adding this regex in your Database Exclusion regex:
!/^#__/
