Akeeba Backup version: Akeeba Backup Professional 3.7.10 (2013-06-29)

EXTREMELY IMPORTANT: Please attach a ZIP file containing your Akeeba Backup log file in order for us to help you with any backup or restoration issue. If the file is over 2Mb, please upload it on your server and post a link to it.

Description of my issue:

I use the site transfer to create copies of sites which I have done several times with success. However, I am trying to do this again and so far it fails.

I have run this many times using the same configuration and I am very familiar with the whole process.

So the backup starts and goes through the first few steps and then gets to the Transfering files to remote server. This goes so far and then I get

AJAX Loading Error
HTTP Status: 0 (error)
Internal status: error
XHR ReadyState: 0

I have tried changing the advance settings as per recommended but nothing works please can you help

Please go to Components, Akeeba Backup and select the site transfer wizard's backup profile. Then click on Configuration. Please try the following values:

Minimum execution time: 1 second
Maximum execution time: 30 seconds
Execution time bias: 75%
Disable step break after large files: Checked

If this doesn't help please check your antivirus / Internet security software's settings. You may have to temporarily disable it.

i have tried this but this didnt help.

i have noticed an older version works without problems. 3.7.7seems fine?
