Description of my issue:

I have attached a picture of my error.

I have access to the backend and FTP but not to the database

From the Akeeba Backup Pro Control Panel, select RegEx Database Tables Exclusion. Add a new filter with the + button and put Davide's RegEx string in the filter field.
