Akeeba Backup version: 3.7.10

EXTREMELY IMPORTANT: Please attach a ZIP file containing your Akeeba Backup log file in order for us to help you with any backup or restoration issue. If the file is over 2Mb, please upload it on your server and post a link to it.

Description of my issue:

This is strange... I've lost count of how many times I've used Akeeba but I keep getting stuck on the Database restoration part.

* I've created the user and database as usual using the cpanel wizard
* The user has all privileges
* I've checked I'm typing the data into ANGIE correctly
* I've tried with Firefox and Chrome
* I've checked there's enough space on the server
* I've pulled out most of my hair
* I've shouted at the computer

None of the above seem to work. The error message is:

An error occurred while restoring the database. The error message can be found below. Click on the × button at the top right of this dialog message to close it and return to the database restoration page.
SQL=CREATE DATABASE `fullpres _dbase` CHARACTER SET `utf8`

What have I overlooked, or missed?!

P.S. Where do I find the log file you need?

Ah - is that a sneaky space SQL=CREATE DATABASE `fullpres _dbase` CHARACTER SET `utf8` ???

I've taken another backup, recreated the database with privileges on the new host and I'll see if that makes any difference.
