Akeeba Backup version: Akeeba Backup Professional 3.7.10

Description of my issue:
[130819 03:08:47] Kettenrad :: Attempting to load from database (cli)
[130819 03:08:47] -- Stored Akeeba Factory (cli) not found - hard reset

just wont backup on 2 large sites, cli not found i think i had this before but corrected the path for the cron with your help for hostgator to /opt/php53/bin/php /home/NAME/public_html/cli/akeeba-backup.php which works great for the other 100 sites i manage but not these 2
