Description of my issue:I had worked with you on saturday because windows issues. I uploaded to netfirms and did some site changes and wanted to back it up and send it to desk top for safe keeping. When I tried to back it up this is the message I get

Download your backup log file from your site, as I told you on Saturday. Now put it in a ZIP file. Most likely you can right click on the file and click on Compress or Send, Compressed Folder (I have deactivated that feature on my copy of Windows and can't remember what it's called exactly). Rename the file to log and attach it here. It should tell you that it's attaching a file called log.zip. This will be accepted here.

I cannot see any problem at first glance, but I do remember you saying that you downgraded to 3.4.3. Downgrades have never been supported, for a good reason: the older release can't know about the newer release's files, therefore it cannot remove them. The files from a newer release may cause such an issue. Please try uninstalling Akeeba Backup. Afterwards make sure the directories components/com_akeeba, administrator/components/com_akeeba and media/com_akeeba no longer exist. Then re-install Akeeba Backup 3.4.3 on your site and retry running the Configuration Wizard and a new backup.
